New finishes and new door packages were added throughout, and security vestibules were implemented to increase the safety of students, faculty and staff.

Trace Creek performed a complete renovation of electrical and mechanical systems and installed a new building management system to control all mechanical/electrical systems. The entire building was re-roofed and parking was expanded and improved by resurfacing the existing parking lot and adding a completely new lot. As part of the project, Trace Creek performed major storm drainage work and implemented retaining walls.
