Boyd County Public Library-Midland Branch

Trace Creek Construction was honored to be selected as the General Contractor by the Boyd County Public Library to provide them with a newly constructed, state of the art facility for the community that surrounds. The brand-new Boyd County Public Library – Midland Branch replaced an older facility that was too small for the area it served. With the great design provided by Sherman Carter Barnhart Architects, Trace Creek Construction was able take that vision and make it a reality. This new 16,500 Square Foot Library featured a large open lounge with ample seating and a stone fireplace. It also included separate areas for their Children’s Collection, Adult Collection, and a Teen Room. There is also study rooms, a meeting room, and a maker space available for public use at any time.
