General Sales
Project Description
The General Sales project included a new administration office and a distribution center within an 80,000 square foot pre-engineered facility. Trace Creek built the original shell facility in 1999 for the East Park Industrial authority.
- The main structure is a pre-engineered steel structure.
- The interior finish consisted of new metal stud partitions with impact resistant gypsum board
and standard painted finishes, VCT tile floors, and acoustical ceilings - The project also included new asphalt paving for customer parking/entrance drive and
receiving/delivery/truck parking.
