Project Description

Robertson County contracted Trace Creek to renovate their existing 3,400 square foot courthouse and to construct a new single-story Judicial Center addition of approximately 9,200 square feet.

The existing courthouse faced several challenges, including termites and a damaged copper roof. Trace Creek quickly renovated the existing courthouse and constructed the new Judicial Center, creating a new, modern judicial space that is built to withstand decades of use.
