Star Elementary School Renovations

Project Description

Star Elementary is a 2013 Kentucky Blue Ribbon Public School in Rush, Kentucky. Trace Creek was honored to provide a variety of renovation services to the school.

Roof work included the installation of a 16,500 square foot shingle roof system on new preengineered wood trusses over an existing low-slope structure. Metal walls and soffit panels were installed, as well as metal gutters, downspouts and metal edge trim. A Modified Bitumen system was installed over the kitchen and adjacent multi-purpose room, serving approximately 4,500 square feet.
