Trace Creek was giving the opportunity to work with R&J development again, a repeat client. This time, Trace Creek and R&J teamed up to build a 5,800 SQF convenience store with a Dairy Queen inside the store in Louisa, KY. The project took 7 months to complete. The store included over 1,500 CYD’s of site/structural concrete. The project included 2 walk in freezers, 800SQF of refrigerator space, a full commercial kitchen and a gas canopy large enough to cover 20 pumps.
